Sequence | SNP

  • Input Data: SNP informations in CSV format. It must contain at least 4 columns: sequence-name, start-position, alt-base and ref-base. and the format must be entered according to Example.
  • Columns: sequence-name: Chromosome number of this sequence; start-position: mutate position in this sequence; alt-base and ref-base: base in mutation and reference sequence.
  • Headers: Headers must be added in the first line of text, headers name can refer to Example.
  • Delimiter: Each column should be delimited by a comma.
