What is a ConsRM score

The ConsRM score was devised to quantitatively measure the degree of conservation of individual m6A RNA methylation sites, which was calculated by taking the average of the scores derived from six aspects and ranges from 0 to 1, including positional mapping, tissue-specific mapping, supports from multiple studies, sequence similarity, machine learning modeling and genome conservation. Taken together, the ConsRM score can effectively quantify the evolutionary conservation of individual m6A sites and provide insights into their functional potentials.
