Use m6A-conservation-finder to identify the conserved m6A sites. The user can paste genomic regions or upload the BED file containing the candidate m6A sites [ BED file example ]. Here, this app supports four species (human, mouse, rat and zebrafish). The results can be viewed online or downloaded.

The m6A sites that are differentially methylated between two experimental conditions can be found using differential-m6A-finder. This tool is based on exomePeak2 R/Bioconductor pacakge.
